Redirect Health iEverydayCARE in Texas: $0 Routine Care (Not Insurance)

Important: iEverydayCARE is not insurance. It is a medical cost-sharing membership managed by Redirect Health for members of Newpath Medical Inc., a Wyoming medical cost share. It does not meet the requirements for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) or the Affordable Care Act (ACA). Read this before you decide whether it fits you.

What Is Redirect Health iEverydayCARE?

iEverydayCARE is a “virtual-first” healthcare membership. You start every medical need by contacting Redirect Health’s Care Team through the Member App, by phone or by text, 24/7/365, in English or Spanish. The Care Team decides whether virtual, in-office, urgent or emergency care is needed, helps schedule it, and coordinates with your doctor. When you follow the 48-hour pre-authorization rules, many routine services cost you $0.

The Three 2026 Options

Routine Care: $0 routine care, 24/7 virtual visits, mental health, labs and chiropractic. Hospital, emergency room and specialist costs are 100% your responsibility on this option.

Hospital: everything in Routine Care, plus sharing for hospital care, specialists and imaging.

Hospital PLUS: Hospital, plus expanded labs, prescription benefits and reduced exclusions.

What Costs $0 (with 48-Hour Pre-Authorization)

  • 24/7 virtual primary care and virtual urgent care
  • In-office primary and urgent care, and pediatric care ($50 if you skip the 48-hour pre-authorization)
  • Annual adult physical and well-child visits
  • Chiropractic (12 free visits per year) and X-rays
  • Labs (through RedirectHealth.com/labs)
  • Mental health tele-counseling
  • Prescriptions and immunizations on the Redirect Health formulary (your cost may vary by pharmacy, quantity and dosage)

Hospital, Specialists and the ER (Hospital and Hospital PLUS)

  • Specialist visits and advanced imaging (MRI, CT, PET, ultrasound and more): $50 with 48-hour pre-authorization.
  • Hospital care (inpatient and outpatient procedures): $2,000 initial member responsibility per individual ($4,000 per family), then a 20% co-share, up to a $4,000 out-of-pocket maximum per individual ($6,000 per family) per plan year.
  • Emergency room: $500 initial member responsibility plus 20% co-share.
  • Pre-authorization is required for all non-emergency care.
  • The out-of-pocket maximum excludes prescription drugs and pre-existing conditions, and program sub-limits apply.

What Is Not Covered: Read This Part

Pre-existing conditions: a condition is pre-existing if you had symptoms or treatment in the 12 months before joining. On the Hospital options, pre-existing conditions are not shared at all for the first 12 months, then up to $25,000 in months 13–24, $50,000 in months 25–36, and $125,000 from month 37 on. Controlled diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, seasonal allergies and intermittent asthma are not treated as pre-existing if you report them before your effective date.

Excluded or limited: organ transplants, dialysis, skilled nursing, advanced psychiatric care, and specialty and non-formulary medications are excluded on the Hospital option. Hospital PLUS shares some of these up to limits: chemotherapy $30,000, dialysis $10,000, skilled nursing $5,000 and air ambulance $5,000.

Not insurance, not ACA coverage: because it does not meet ACA requirements, it cannot replace a Marketplace plan if you need ACA coverage, and you cannot use ACA subsidies for it. Payments for services are capped at 140% of Medicare rates.

Doctors and Network

iEverydayCARE uses the MultiPlan Practitioner Only network. You can also use any doctor who accepts Redirect Health’s Usual, Customary & Reasonable agreement, or ask to add a doctor at least 48 hours before your visit.

Who It May Fit, and Who It Does Not

It may fit generally healthy people and families who use a lot of routine care, want 24/7 virtual access, and are comfortable calling the Care Team before every non-emergency visit.

It likely does not fit anyone with a serious ongoing condition (because of the pre-existing condition rules), anyone who needs ACA-qualifying coverage or a subsidy, or anyone who needs transplant, dialysis or specialty medication coverage. For those situations, we will compare ACA plans for you instead.

For Employers

Redirect Health also offers EverydayCARE for small and mid-size businesses, with the same Routine Care, Hospital and Hospital PLUS options. Because it is not insurance and not ACA coverage, review it carefully with your advisor before offering it to employees.

How to Enroll

Prices depend on age band (18–44, 45–59, 60–64) and who is covered, and are shown on the Redirect Health enrollment page before you buy. You can also call a Redirect Health Enrollment Specialist at 1-888-688-4918, or book a call with David to compare iEverydayCARE side by side with an ACA plan or ManhattanLife Affordable Choice.
