Brilliant Insurance is run by David Gustafson, a licensed insurance agent (Texas License #2116912, NPN 18037219). David is licensed in Texas and as a non-resident agent in 16 other states: Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, New Jersey, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina and Tennessee.
As an independent agency, we are not tied to one insurance company. We are paid by the insurance companies we work with, so there is no extra fee for our help.

ACA Health Insurance
If you do not get coverage through work, you can compare ACA Marketplace plans and subsidies online, during Open Enrollment or after a qualifying life event. We can help you with it.
